Brian joined MST Manufacturing in October, 2023 has be an essential asset to the MST team as VP of Operations. Brian Leads senior management in new product development as well as sustaining procurements, monitoring core supply chain performance, including delivery, quality, and total acquisition cost. Creates and maintains high-performance teams and cross-functional cooperative initiatives for strategic sourcing and operational performance improvement. Quickly assesses situations, develops comprehensive action plans, and streamlines processes by introducing industry best practices, lean initiatives and cross functional solutions. When Brian is not at work he loves spending time with his family, traveling, boating, and golfing.
